Athletics Australia hired ISFM to assist with their bid for the 2006 World Indoor Track and Field Championships. ISFM evaluated indoor facilities in several Australian cities and selected the Royal Agricultural Society's dome and exhibition center. ISFM developed plans to convert the dome into a 5,500 seat indoor track and field venue connected to athlete and media areas. In addition to site selection and planning, ISFM helped with the financial and operational aspects of the bid submission. Their work resulted in facility selection and planning, management plans, and capital and event planning documentation for the bid.
