The Western Australian Football Commission wanted to increase utilization of Subiaco Oval, especially in summer. ISFM helped arrange a meeting between the Commission and the WACA to discuss a partnership where international cricket matches would move to Subiaco Oval and WACA training facilities would relocate. This required renovations like reconfiguring the oval and lighting, and building new player facilities. ISFM developed a proposal, managed stakeholders, and created business and facility plans to ensure Subiaco Oval's long-term commercial success.

Project Description
The Western Australian Football Commission was look-
ing to increase the overall utilisation of Subiaco Oval
particularly during the summer season, and engaged
ISFM to assist.
With the Western Australian Cricket Association (WACA)
considering its options for the WACA ground, ISFM ar-
ranged an initial meeting between the Western Australian
Football Commission and the WACA to discuss possible
options. Following initial discussions, ISFM developed a
proposal based on a partnership between the two parties
that delivered:
− International test matches, one-day
and twenty20 matches transferred
to Subiaco Oval
− WACA elite level training facilities
transferred to Subiaco Oval
To accommodate the above transfer the following modifi-
cation works needed to be undertaken at Subiaco Oval,
namely:
− Reconfiguration of oval at northern
and southern ends
− Reconfigure existing lighting
− Develop new player facilities includ-
ing change rooms and viewing
areas
− Develop new outdoor practice facili-
ties
− Relocate existing scoreboard and
video replay screens
