Buddhism was different from other religions because it taught that liberation can be obtained from
suffering. This was based on our own lives and efforts. Stated in the book, Living Religions , The
Buddha taught that by understanding how we create suffering for ourselves we can become free
(Fisher 137). This was based on one s own involvement and effort to want happiness. This religion
has been spread throughout Asia and India because of these teachings, this religion became more
popular throughout the countries. For some people this religion was a way of life. After these

first few minutes of the movie. Providing historical context in the opening sequence of a film is a
tool many filmmakers use to fool their audience into thinking that what they are about to watch is
an accurate depiction of reality. This initial presentation of facts causes the audience to believe
the depictions of race, culture, and events presented in the movie. ARGO, for instance, portrays
Iranians as anti American, angry and violent. Do anti American, angry, and violent Iranians exist?
Of course they do, but they are not a fair depiction of Iranian s as a whole. There is a distinction
between the government and the people, and between the militants who took the American s
hostage and ordinary Iranians, but that distinction is blurred in ARGO. Throughout the film, there
are crowds of violent Iranians setting flags on fire and fuming in anger. We see a civilian be

novel written by Agatha Christie, 10 people are found dead on Soldier island. All ten victims are

everyone is proud of where they come from, but I am. I have been stereotyped many times in my
life, but one has to remember that people will think whatever they want and at the end of the day,

of rich diverse culture, but there are still people who think that we travel by pirogue. Growing up I

for just sixteen to twenty five censt. They couldn t make a living of such little pay and something

manufacturing corporation to now one of the biggest privately owned companies in the nation.
Creating water and sewage pipe by melting metal and casting pipe can be very dangerous and
dirty if not handled with the right process and procedures. However, the workers say that the
company ruthlessly tries to increase production by costing the safety of its workers and has
succeeded at this with what McWanes calls disciplined management practices . This disgusting fact
