This document introduces the Potential Project, which provides corporate mindfulness training. It notes that modern office life leaves employees feeling pressured, always on, overloaded with information and distracted. Research shows that the average mind wanders nearly half the time and is distracted. The Potential Project uses customized mindfulness programs to help employees increase focus, effectiveness, resilience and performance while decreasing stress. It trains over 50,000 employees annually across 23 countries and has proven results in improving focus, prioritization and reducing exhaustion.
