- Set out that this training is about community-led housing in the widest sense… Funded by Nationwide Foundation this training aims to get people talking You will not be an accredited adviser by the end of the day, but we hope you will leave with a vastly improved knowledge of CLH What do we mean by CLH? What sorts of models exist for a CLH project? A reality check to share with new groups you encounter in your day to day work There is a network of organisations out there who can help groups to develop and grow their CLH project
- This training is the starting point, 9 ACRE Network members are running these events the length and width of England. ACRE Network and colleagues in the room will undoubtedly offer further opportunities to network both at today’s event and also when out and about working with rural communities… why not now bring CLH in to the conversation at these events? Could this offer a potential solution to address housing need in a particular community? Use you learning from today? Nothing helps someone learn better than hearing, seeing and speak to projects – case studies help you to share their stories… Are you interested in staying in touch? Basecamp or something similar will offer this – Engage on line and share your ongoing journey, whilst learning from others. We may not be the expert but the ACRE Network is a useful place to start….
