What is valve-position control?
Controlling the position of a motorised proportional valve
• the valve position can be varied from 0% to 100% open
• the controller selects the valve position = via control outputs
• the valve motor has separate contacts for “open” and “close”
• two separate control outputs are connected to these contacts
