Consultant Control – Self‐employed Project
The assignment as Lead Offshore Planner in ABB OWC was signed ultimo November 2014. The
commencement date for the assignment was early January 2015. Urgent nature of content is
the responsibility for all related activities of planning and scheduling for the tow‐out, set‐down,
installation, HV Energizing and commissioning of the HVDC platform DolWin Beta. ABB’s
contractual client is the Dutch/German company TenneT Offshore GmbH.
Principal contractor – Navartis Ltd on behalf of ABB AB Offshore Wind Connections.
The assignment at ABB OWC includes responsibility for the planning and monitoring of all
offshore operations, in connection with the installation, hook‐up and completion of the DolWin
Beta HVDC platform. In addition to the offshore operations, the assignment includes
management and control of personnel on board (POB), as well as coordination of vessels in
connection with cable pull‐in and other vessel‐related operations until trial test periods and
final handover to the customer – TenneT Offshore GmbH. Primavera P6 is used as the planning
tool at ABB OWC.

The assignment as Senior Planner in the Siemens Energy ‐ Subsea was signed 1st
of January
2013. Urgent nature of content is the responsibility for all related activities of planning and
scheduling, monitoring and control of cost, time and resources in an internal development
project – Power Grid Development.
Principal contractor ‐ Metier Project Resources AS on behalf of Siemens.
The assignment in Siemens includes planning, monitoring and control of cost, time and
resources in an internal development project. The mission includes the improvement of
internal procedures for change orders, baseline revisions/audits, reporting, transactions of
hours and costs between SAP and Primavera P6. The mission also includes participation in the
improvement of Siemens’ procedures and routines for the execution of projects. The tasks
further includes consultancy through creation of global standard reporting, integration of the
Siemens project execution model in master plans, as well as contributing to improved structure
and organization by the creation of global standards (calendars, activity codes, resource
organization and more in Primavera P6).

The assignment as Senior planning engineer in Aker Solutions – Subsea Lysaker/Fornebu was
signed in august 2005. The contract has since been renewed on several occasions during the
period 2005‐2012. Urgent nature of content was the role as Planning Lead in the execution of
Subsea customer projects. Principal contractors – Albatross Prosjektledelse, Westsoft
AS/Metier AS on behalf of Aker Solutions.
The assignment in Aker Solutions – Subsea has included assistance to planners as super user in
Primavera P6's preferred counseling, the use and exploitation of the planning system Primavera
P6. The Mission has also included the position as project planner in the Tie‐In department’s
individual projects. The commitment also included the creation of plan templates and
improvement of practices and procedures for the execution of client projects. In addition, I
have had the role as project planner in several projects in which plans the tender (quotation)
phase. Common to all the planning has been different planning positions in EPC contracts in
which Aker Solutions – Subsea supplies subsea systems to clients in the oil/gas sector.
From January 2011 to December 2012, I have been responsible (Project Manager) for an
internal (improvement) development project. The objective of this project has been to reduce
costs and streamline the planning processes through system integration between the ERP
system SAP and Primavera P6. This project also aims to achieve an efficiency of data flows and
ensure reliability of project information in both SAP and Primavera P6. In this development
project, I have also been responsible for the development of an additional software
module/application to Primavera P6. This software application was designed to be able to
present reports in Primavera P6 based on periodical past cumulated data (S‐curves, tabular
reports, etc.) according to standards in projects for the oil and gas industry.
In the period June 2010 – December 2010 I have been responsible for the establishing of the
schedule, and following up on a guarantee project for BP. During the same period, I have also
established a number of standard templates, and documentation (manual) for improved
project planning and management of projects globally in Aker Solutions – Subsea.
In the period March 2010 – June 2010 I have been holding the role as Lead Planner in two other
EPC contracts; Trym and Oselvar for Dong Energy.
In the period March 2007 ‐ March 2010 I have been holding the role as Lead Planner in charge
of planning, tracking, and reporting in two EPC contracts (Morvin and Lavrans) for Statoil.

Assignment as project planner in projects where the customer (s) required Primavera as
planning system. The contract was signed in October 2004. Principal Contractor – Ingeniør
Compagniet AS on behalf of FMC Technologies.
The assignment by FMC Technologies has been as super user on the planning system Primavera
Project Planner on several of FMC's subsea projects. In addition there have been established
new and improved practices for planning and monitoring using Primavera as PM tool in the
company.
Primavera is selected as the governing planning system for many of FMC's clients, like British BP
and French Total. In this context, I have been involved in both of the mentioned companies'
projects with assistance of consulting, planning and follow‐up of these under the direction of
FMC's deliveries to these. The projects have been typical EPC contracts which FMC has provided
complete subsea systems for exploration of oil/gas.
My involvement in FMC has included creating project templates for new projects and creating
new project plans in the quotation phase.

In July 2003 I established my own business (Project Consulting). I have since August 2003 been
engaged within a contract with a Swedish company in Gothenburg Sweden – Pharmadule
Emtunga AB. My role in this contract has been the responsible planner within project control
and management as Main Scheduler in project IE1030 – Clean Manufacturing Facility.
The project is based on modular construction and installation of a factory within
pharmaceutical industry placed in Cork – Ireland. The project is a typical EPCI contract. The
client is Eli Lilly S.A. – an American pharmaceutical company. My contract range from planning
and scheduling the whole project throughout all project phases form detail design throughout
commissioning and turnover. The planning tool in this project is Primavera Project Planner. MS
Office is used as support tools to produce add on graphs and other documentation required in
the project.

Employment in West Soft AS ‐ Senior consultant Project management. During this period in
West Soft AS, I have been engaged in many types of projects and within many different kind of
companies in Norway and Scandinavia.
My work experience as consultant in West Soft AS has been many and different in a wide range
aspect within project control as; senior planner, planner, advisor and consultant within the
whole business area ‐ project control. I have worked with and implemented project structures
and project management systems (Primavera®). I have been responsible for making training
manuals and trained end users both external and internal. I have also worked with customer
support in Norway on Primavera®. I have also made customer manuals for project operating
(planning and monitoring projects ‐ methods/rules).
Some engagement to mention here is; Complete schedules for a new Paper Plant (Turn Key) in
Asia. Early project analysis, consulting and implementation of complete project management
