  • #9 eAssessment can be used either standalone or as part of a broader and more detailed ITSM assessment. e-assessment is available on-demand– it’s ready when you are. eAssessment is automated. Once the target processes and recipients have been chosen the solution takes care of the rest. eAssessment is flexible. Select any number of processes or recipients. You can be extremely focused or cast the net as wide as you need to. eAssessment can also be extended with onsite solutions that provide much more depth and guidence.

We are now making it available directly to clients. eProcess is a web based application that is available On-demand as a subscription based service. There are no capital hardware or software costs and subscribers will always have access to the latest feature set and process templates. Within the solution is a library of ITIL based processes that users can copy and modify for their own unique requirements. Modifications are made through the process designer capabilities of eProcess. Reports and documentation can be created autmatically. eProcess also goes beyond process design and supports the capture of detailed data and tool specifications for the process. This helps support tool customization activities. Lastly, eProcess is a repository where staff or auditors can always access the latest version of the process
