This document provides guidelines for conducting interviews for an international student organization. It includes instructions on setting up the interview, preparing for it, conducting the actual interview, and following up after. The interview is meant to last 20 minutes and follows a structured flow: 1) introductions, 2) explaining the organization, 3) learning about the applicant, 4) showing relevant opportunities, 5) applicant's questions, 6) checking expectations, 7) outlining next steps, and 8) follow up. The goal is to understand the applicant's interests and motivations in order to match them with appropriate international experiences through the organization.
