Feasibility Study of Samruddhi Expresswayvivatechijri
An analysis and evaluation of a proposed project to determine if it is technically feasible, isfeasible within the estimated cost, and will be profitable. Feasibility studies are almost always conducted wherelarge sums are at stake. This paper is an effort in the similar direction, to study Samruddhi Expressway whetherthe project is feasible or not. India has one of the largest road networks in the world, consisting nationalhighways, state highways, major district roads, other district roads and village roads. Roads are the key to thedevelopment of an economy. A good road network constitutes the basic infrastructure that accelerates thedevelopment process through connectivity. The Government of India has planned 10 world class expresshighways in order to boost the road infrastructure for faster connectivity between different cities. SimultaneouslyGovernment of Maharashtra has planned Samruddhi Expressway (Nagpur Mumbai Expressway) (NMEW)which intends to divert and redistribute the heavy traffic on existing corridors.Feasibility studies in theconstruction industry can be simply defined as the evaluation of the viability of a development project. It is usedas a tool for analyzing if a proposed task can operate under a given set of assumptions, such as the technologyused and the monetary aspects of the construction work. Feasibility studies focus on providing information tohelp investors decide whether to proceed or redesign a proposed development project or idea. They are mainlyused in business ventures relating to the construction industry.
Role of PMC in Construction of Collector Well Project, a Case StudyIJERA Editor
The rapid expansion and intricacy in the construction industry cause difficulties in maintaining performance, time, and quality services of a construction project, which leads to the failure to meet the scope and objective of a project. In addition, improper planning, widespread dependence, and low availability of materials increase the cost of the construction project. To manage such issues, Project Management Consultancy is one of the management solutions that have been widely used. Project Management Consultancy plays a multifaceted role in providing services from the beginning of construction to its completion. Project Management Consultancy makes sure whether we are moving in the right pathway according to the planned schedule. Use of Project Management Consultancy offers constructive management solution for the proper execution of work, improved performance, quality, and outcome of the project. The objective of this paper is to study the role and responsibilities of Project Management Consultancy while executing a project and the risks associated with it. This research is carried out via a case study of the construction of an industrial project governed by a Project Management Consultancy from preconstruction phase to completion.

Hierarchical Digital Twin of a Naval Power SystemKerry Sado
A hierarchical digital twin of a Naval DC power system has been developed and experimentally verified. Similar to other state-of-the-art digital twins, this technology creates a digital replica of the physical system executed in real-time or faster, which can modify hardware controls. However, its advantage stems from distributing computational efforts by utilizing a hierarchical structure composed of lower-level digital twin blocks and a higher-level system digital twin. Each digital twin block is associated with a physical subsystem of the hardware and communicates with a singular system digital twin, which creates a system-level response. By extracting information from each level of the hierarchy, power system controls of the hardware were reconfigured autonomously. This hierarchical digital twin development offers several advantages over other digital twins, particularly in the field of naval power systems. The hierarchical structure allows for greater computational efficiency and scalability while the ability to autonomously reconfigure hardware controls offers increased flexibility and responsiveness. The hierarchical decomposition and models utilized were well aligned with the physical twin, as indicated by the maximum deviations between the developed digital twin hierarchy and the hardware.

to teach students communication with different workers or
employees, to improve practical skill what they learned in
classrooms, upgrading the theoretical knowledge in addition to
the class, improve their leadership skill, team playing skill and
etc.
20. The internship is a bridge between the theoretical knowledge
and the practical or the reality work at the field of construction
or civil engineering work. The responsibilities of the hosting
company are to teach students and shape them as real site
workers. My hosting company was an organization and they
helped me take the internship session in their company in
acquiring different knowledge in different positions.
This program played an important role to break the
conventional thought that field works can be only
implemented by students who hold a degree or people who
have an experience in construction. We were able to acquire a
high level of confidence to deal with problems that arise in our
construction work.
21. More over working with skilled and experienced engineers
and foreman gave me great quality and made confidential.
They help me to understand what is going to be when I work
in the consultant office. The contractors also avail practical
knowledge for us to improve our practical knowledge status in
the field. And, the contractors make us more familiar with site
works starting from communication skill, handling of different
site works equipment utilization manpower control to
finishing of the work within the time scheduled by the client.
Overall, an internship on the Six laning of Nidagatta – Mysore
Section project on NH-275 has provides valuable experience
and skills that can help us in the future careers in engineering
or construction and competitive advantage in the job market.
