Summary
As everyone can see, this project „EAT,
COMPETE, GET FIT” has made every participant
learn something. From getting some knowledge
about healthy lifestyle to getting to know
themselves. This project was needed to make
participating young people more aware of
themselves.

  • 12. What has been learned from project? Interesting facts about Gdańsk/healthy lifestyle Most of participants- 82% mentioned that they’ve learned something about Gdańsk/sports/food. Stress while presenting 9 of 50 asked people said that they are stressed while presenting something publicly.

  • 15. Summary As everyone can see, this project „EAT, COMPETE, GET FIT” has made every participant learn something. From getting some knowledge about healthy lifestyle to getting to know themselves. This project was needed to make participating young people more aware of themselves.
