According to TecMilenio investigations (2012), assessment is the least developed, both in theory and practice, but interest in it has increased; consequently, new ideas have emerged that seek to improve the practices of education and the quality of education. Evaluation is one of the most complex and conflicting processes because it engages all of students’ skills, development and involves contextual conditions.
