          Example of Lesson Plan Overview & Purpose   The learner will be able to 100% correctly create and complete a “new blank action record” within 15 minutes by using the Raiser’s Edge Software.  Standards Addressed   The learner will be able to meet standards set forth by the Foundation Policy and Procedure Manual   Teacher’s Guide Completion Date   Objective   Learner will have a understanding of the Raiser’s Edge Software System. 30 Minute Module WEEK 1  11/01/09-11/7/09 Materials Needed Computer System (Windows XP or Vista) Printer Raiser’s Edge Software       Objective   Learner will be able to fill in the blank fields on “Action Record” with a 100% accuracy rate.  30 Minute Module WEEK 2  11/08/09-11/14/09   Objective   Learner will be able to properly record contact notes on “Action Record Notes” tab in with a 90% accuracy rate. 30 Minute Module WEEK 3  11/15/09-11/21/09 Other Resources Policy and Procedure Manual COURSE ALLOTED TIME: A total of 2 hours to be completed within a 4 week period     Objective   Learner will be able to properly save the “Action Record” to Constituent Record. 30 Minute Module WEEK 4  11/22/09-11/28/09 Summary   Learner will be able to create and successfully use Raiser’s Edge Software to the workforce environment they are currently assigned to within the region.

  • 6.           Example of Lesson Plan Overview & Purpose   The learner will be able to 100% correctly create and complete a “new blank action record” within 15 minutes by using the Raiser’s Edge Software. Standards Addressed   The learner will be able to meet standards set forth by the Foundation Policy and Procedure Manual   Teacher’s Guide Completion Date   Objective   Learner will have a understanding of the Raiser’s Edge Software System. 30 Minute Module WEEK 1 11/01/09-11/7/09 Materials Needed Computer System (Windows XP or Vista) Printer Raiser’s Edge Software       Objective   Learner will be able to fill in the blank fields on “Action Record” with a 100% accuracy rate. 30 Minute Module WEEK 2 11/08/09-11/14/09   Objective   Learner will be able to properly record contact notes on “Action Record Notes” tab in with a 90% accuracy rate. 30 Minute Module WEEK 3 11/15/09-11/21/09 Other Resources Policy and Procedure Manual COURSE ALLOTED TIME: A total of 2 hours to be completed within a 4 week period     Objective   Learner will be able to properly save the “Action Record” to Constituent Record. 30 Minute Module WEEK 4 11/22/09-11/28/09 Summary   Learner will be able to create and successfully use Raiser’s Edge Software to the workforce environment they are currently assigned to within the region.
