commands from the pc, there only job is to send

as they would have to build the Pc and include these

Outputs are the devices that allow you to hear and
see what the PC(processor) is outputting. For instance
a monitor lets the user see what the pc is outputting
and speakers let the user hear what the pc is
outputting.
