CGS Modular Water Tank is assembled by finishing once-shaping panels, sealing material, metallic p
arts and pipeline. Water tanks could be custom-made with various capacity. Generally the height is
no more than 4 meters, the length and width can be limitless.

2. 2. CGS Once-shaping Water Tank Panel:
The food-grade patent resin which inside of CGS is made by high temperature, high pressure
and mechanical pressing.
(1) In manufacturing process, It adopts to manufacture method that mechanical pressing so it
increase the anti-seismic and shock resistance strength;
(2) In the shape design, there is sag arc in the middle of water tank plate, it improve the
bearing capacity of water tank. In addition, it has the 45° and 90° flange so it don’t need to
corner fittings.
(3) The specifications of water tank plate have: 1000*1000mm; 1000*500mm, 500*500mm,
the TCT of plate has:1.85mm, 2.35mm, 2.85mm, 3.35mm, 3.85mm, 4.35mm so it can
assemble any required capacity water tank.

4. (1)Necessary Tool List
1. Support for Panels: The panels shall be supported by external or internal stiffener.
External Stiffener - SS304/ GI Rod
Internal Stiffener - SS304 steel bar for ground tank / SS304steel pipe for underground tank
2. Sealing Materials: Food-grade strip to be used for all jointing, it is especially developed
with long experience and technology on CGS products. It maintains soft itself and adhesives
even at low temperatures
3. Bolts, nuts for the panel assembling: Optional hot dipped galvanized steel and stainless
steel 304/316L
4. Flange: Fixing by clients dependent on actual situation

(2)Installation Remarks:
1. It should aside not less than 800mm for the maintenance between the water tank and the
met-ope when installation. In addition, the top and bottom of water tank is should not less than
500mm.
2. It should prepared the concrete base before construction.
3. Close the outlet pipe and the drain pipe after assembly and open the inlet pipe, No leakage
is qualified after 24 hours when the water is full.
4. It should be provided the power and checked the sealing water on the construction site.
