5. INTRODUCTION
Pakistan came into existance on14th auguest 1947.soon
after establishment pakistan face number of problem .most
of the problem are related withpakistan dispute with india,
pakistan end graduallymakes things so immposible
ecomonically and other wish for pakistan that they
have to come on there bonded kness and ask to to be
allowed back to india .
6. 1:choice of capital and establishment
of governement
The first problem that pakistan had to face wasto
choice a capital to form a government and to
establishmenta secretract.
Karachi waschosen is the capital of pakistan
Quaid e azam took the office of governer general
,laiqatali khan wasappionted is prime minester
and cabinat of experienceperson was selected
7. 2:unfair boundry distribution
A boundry commision was setup under a british
chairman sir cyril redcliff .he misused his power and
handed over muslim majority area like
gurdaspur,feruzpurand junagadh to india hence
providing them a gate way to kashmir .Quaid e azam
called “it in unjust ,incomprehensibleand even
previose award
9. 3:division of military assests
It was on july 1st 1947 that india army would also the divided
in ratio 65 to 35 india’s fever it was with reference of the
annual balance repreasent in the british indian army.
Pakistan receive was nothing but scrap and out of order
machine ,broken weapons ,unservicable artillery and
aircraft there were 16 ordnance factory and all were located
in india pakistan was given 60million rupees toword it
share in the ordnance factory.
Pakistan did not receive the due share of millatory assets
till now .this dishonest attachived but pakistan into great
difficulties
11. 4:Division of financial assets
At the of division there wascash balance of 4 billion in
the reverse bank of india which was to be divided
between india and pakistan in the ratio of 17 to india
and 5 to pakistan
Pakistan receive 750 milloin rupees ,which was in
initiallydelayed by the indian government .After the
protest of pakistan , india agree to pay 200million .as
the war between india and started it the issue of
kashmir india again stop the rest of amount .
However the rest of the 50 million are are still not paid.
12. 5:Ecomic problems
When pakistan came into existance it totallyconsist of
economicallybackward and underdevelopedarea.
The agricultural system was absolete and outdated
which added to the ecomonic backwardnessof the
area farming the part of pakistan .
The entire capital in the hand of hindus.
Unfortunatley , the banks ans other financial
instution were located in indian territory

After the establishment of pakistan language
controversy was started betweeneast and west
pakistan
The member of the constituent assambly belonged to
east pakistan demanded that instead of urdu,
bangali should be made national languageof pakistan
In march 1948 while addressing to Dhaka ,Quaid e
azam declared
“urdu and urdu alone would be the national
languageof pakistan”
14. 7:Electricity problem
Due to transfer of muslim majority areas to Bharat
and unaffairdecleration ,electricity system of west
punjab was disrupted ,becauseall the power stations
were at mandi, a predominatly muslim majority area ,
gifted to bharat and saidL:
“if we are exist as a nation ,wewill have to face the
problem with determination and force”

Kashmir dispute is the most important and unsolved
problem.
Kashmir is the natural part of pakistan becauseat the
of partition 85% of kishmir’s total populationwas
muslim
The hindu Dogra rule, whowas secretly with the
government of india declared kashmir’s as a part of
india.
17. 9:canal water dispute
The boundry of india and pakistan in the way that it
cut across the rivers and canal making india upper the
beneficieryand pakistan the lower beneficiery
Most of rivers in pakistan have their origion in india .
In 1948 india stopped water supplyto pakistani canal’s
to demage the pakistani agriculture.
Howeveron 9th september 1960 on agreement called
indus besin water treaty was signed between the two
country .
18. 10:constitutional problem
At the time of establishment of pakistan the government of
india ACT 1935 became working constitution of pakistan
with certain adoption
The need of constitution framed by the elected
representative of the prople was nesseccery for the people
so the first costitution assembly was formed and was given
the task to frame the constitution of the country .
But the constitution assembly failed to frame a
constitution even in 8th year
Lack of permanent constition created chances of corrupt
interference in democratic progress of pakistan.
19. Conclusion
Pakistan came into begain as a free muslim state in quite
unfavorable cricustances ,it had no resources, it had to
biuld up its adminestrative michenery from a scritish, but
supreme efforts were made by quaid e azam and his
collegeagoues to gripple with the the situation .his golden
principle “unity””faith”and discipline” give way to pakistan
for the bright of a strong and welldeveloped country
Quaid e azam addresing to the historic public meeting at
Lahor, he said:
“it was now to you to work ,work and work and we bound
to bound to succeed. And never forget our motto unity ,
discipline and faith”
