The huge development of internet technologies and the widespread of modern and advanced devices lead to an increase in the size and diversity of e-commerce system development. These developments lead to an increase in the number of people that navigate these sites asking for their services and products. Which leads to increased competition in this field. Moreover, the expansion in the size of currency traded makes transaction protection an essential issue in this field. Providing security for each online client especially for a huge number of clients at the same time, causing an overload on the system server. This problem may lead to server deadlock, especially at rush time, which reduce system performance. To solve security and performance problems, this research suggests a prototype design for agent software. This agent will play the role of broker between the clients and the electronic marketplace. This is done by providing security inside the client device and converting the client’s order into a special form which is called a record form to be sent to the commercial website. Experimental results showed that this method increase system performance in terms of page loading time, transaction processing and improves the utilization of system resources.

This leads to the question of how a service should be modeled so that it can be applied in different contexts and business processes also. It is support user needs in diversity and heterogeneous system environments. This Conditions occurs in corporate university. main motive of the project is to provide full automation to the user. This IMS system can also be used in
academic institutes. This will help the institution to utilize its resources in an efficient manner. This system is
capable of greatly atomizing work. Since human memory cannot store too much data and is volatile there are
chances for errors but with the help of a system that can store huge amount of data systematically. IMS system
is capable of integrating different sections in an institution like general, fees, attendance, library, exam section.
The application is portable as it is used on a mobile device and improves connectivity between the students and
the institution, thus helping the institution to provide a more transparent system altogether. The application also

CRESUS-T: A COLLABORATIVE REQUIREMENTS ELICITATION SUPPORT TOOLijseajournal
Communicating an organisation's requirements in a semantically consistent and understandable manner
and then reflecting the potential impact of those requirements on the IT infrastructure presents a major
challenge among stakeholders. Initial research findings indicate a desire among business executives for a
tool that allows them to communicate organisational changes using natural language and a model of the IT
infrastructure that supports those changes. Building on a detailed analysis and evaluation of these findings,
the innovative CRESUS-T support tool was designed and implemented. The purpose of this research was to
investigate to what extent CRESUS-T both aids communication in the development of a shared
understanding and supports collaborative requirements elicitation to bring about organisational, and
associated IT infrastructural, change. In order to determine the extent shared understanding was fostered,
the support tool was evaluated in a case study of a business process for the roll out of the IT software
image at a third level educational institution. Statistical analysis showed that the CRESUS-T support tool
fostered shared understanding in the case study, through increased communication. Shared understanding
is also manifested in the creation of two knowledge representation artefacts namely, a requirements model
and the IT infrastructure model. The CRESUS-T support tool will be useful to requirements engineers and
business analysts that have to gather requirements asynchronously.

This paper indicates not only some beneficial interactive functions but also presented detailed ideas of information system analysis, design, and test. It has a friendly interactive interface and a good manageable system, and experimental studies of these functions are proved to be reliable, efficient, and acceptable for users when applied to learning and working environments.
Measuring Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems Effectiveness in IndonesiaTELKOMNIKA JOURNAL
Refining DeLone and McLean’s (D&M) information system model and technology-organisationenvironment
(TOE) framework, this research identifies the prominent factors that determine ERP system
success. Hypotheses are also drawn based on supporting theories to evaluate the causal relationship
between the success determinants. The level of achievement is measured by system quality, information
quality, service quality, external quality and top management support, which intermediated by perceived
usefulness and user satisfaction towards business benefits. To provide empirical evidence, 86 valid
samples out of 156 were collected using a web survey that targeted ERP users in Indonesia. Furthermore,
Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) algorithm were applied to check the
proposed hypotheses. The results suggest system quality, information quality and service quality
significantly affect user satisfaction, whereas they moderately impact on perceived usefulness.
Interestingly, external pressures were reported as being the biggest influence on user satisfaction and
positively impacted on perceived usefulness. Despite being fairly predictive to perceived usefulness, top
management support along with general perceptual factors ultimately promote system success by
elevating business benefits.
The use of an architecture–centered development process for delivering information technology began with
the introduction of client / server based systems. Early client/server and legacy mainframe applications did not
provide the architectural flexibility needed to meet the changing business requirements of the modern
publishing organization. With the introduction of Object Oriented systems, the need for an architecture–
centered process became a critical success factor. Object reuse, layered system components, data
abstraction, web based user interfaces, CORBA, and rapid development and deployment processes all
provide economic incentives for object technologies. However, adopting the latest object oriented technology,
without an adequate understanding of how this technology fits a specific architecture, risks the creation of an
instant legacy system.
Publishing software systems must be architected in order to deal with the current and future needs of the
business organization. Managing software projects using architecture–centered methodologies must be an
intentional step in the process of deploying information systems – not an accidental by–product of the
software acquisition and integration process.

JASMIN is the UK’s high-performance data analysis platform for environmental science, operated by STFC on behalf of the UK Natural Environment Research Council (NERC). Software development involves collaborative and coordination effort
amongthe teams (David Arve, 2010). The collaboration level varies
dependingon thesize of the projects. “Weneedtofindways to decrease
the amount oftime spent [coordinating] and increase the time available
for designing, codingandtesting.” – Babichin. Theinformationsoftware
projects are structured in terms of coordination between developers,
management andtesterin order tospeedthe delivery ofthe product tothe
customer anddirection helps themtocontrol ofeach stage of theprojects
(David Arve, 2010).

The above figure explains the collaboration pattern in software
development. Coordination is important in all stages of software
development in order to make some changes in the design, system
migrationor updatingthe oldsoftware. Lackof coordinationbetween the
project teams can cause delays and incur cost to the project. Many
organisations followthe collaborationpatternin order to solve problemin
the software development.
4. IMPORTANCEOF TEAMWORK IN COMPLETION
OF INFORMATION SYSTEMS PROJECT
Organisations are highlydependingon team based structure in order to
complete the projects successfully. Team members share their knowledge
andexpertise to meet the projects requirement. Teamwork increases the
ability of all members to deliver the project on time and in budget.
Accordingto Nikhil Mehta (2006) team involves in software projects
depends on knowledge integration,team related issues to these projects
include teams’ knowledge heterogeneity, relational capital, and
boundary-bufferingprocesses. Knowledge integration between theteams
is very important in the software projects it helps team to gather
informationandknowledge fromexternal andinternal source and utilise
the skills, expertise andknowledge to process the informationin order to
deliver the projects outcome (Grant 1996b; Tiwana et al.
Organisations are spendingbillions onsoftware development in order to
meet theuser requirement. Effective teamworkis becomingimportant in
the organisational issues in order to execute projects successfully.
Research shows the large numberof softwareprojects does not finish on
time anddoes not function properly.There are challenges toteamwork in
every stage of the software projects. Theperformance of team is highly
dependent onthe effectiveness of the teamworkcoordination (Kraut and
Streeter 1995, Nidumolu 1995, Wholey et al).
Implementingsoftwaredevelopment is one ofthe biggest challenges for
any organisation.Organisationis concernedabout the project failures and
quality of software.Teamworkis an essential part of the project and it is
extremely important in qualityof theproject.The success of the project
depends on the trust between software developer’s team, project
managers andteamleaders (BernardWong, Mahwish Bhatti, 2009). The
informationsystems industryhas a high labour turnover and it requires
substantial amount of work and innovative skills of each individual
workingon the projects. The teams involve in the information systems
project shouldbe highly creative in order tounderstandthe complexityof
the project because teammembers are theoneresponsible for the project
outcome.Coordinating, teamwork and shared knowledge of teams are
very important in the success of the projects. The information system
projects if conductedin teams have greaterproductivity and deliver the
better performance (Ancona & Caldwell, 1992).
In recent years organisations are encouraging the importance of
teamwork in managing the projects. It helps to share expertise and
knowledge of team members from different areas which leads to the
performance ofteam. AccordingtoOslon, (2001)software development
is considered innovative projects and developing software has a high
level of complexity in the process. For instance providing software
solution to an organisation includes technical information, data
requirement and upgradingor customisationof existingsoftware canlead
to high uncertainty in the process.
5. CONCLUSION
In conclusion theimportance of communication is crucial in success of
informationsystems projects. Effective communication helps to achieve
the projects objective. The most of the software projects have a good
starts but as the project progress teams need to communicate with each
other in order to stay focus on the objective of the project. The
collaborationhas a bigimpact on completing the information systems
project. Software projects are innovative and technical nature where
collaborationplays an important role to share the expertise and skills to
complete the project on time. Teamwork is one of the major factors
which contribute tothe success or failureof informationsystems projects.
Workingin a team canreduce the risk in theproject. Informationsystems
project teams include project managers, developers, testers and
consumers. Most of the projects are distributed globally so
communication, collaborationandteamworkare increasingly important
in completion of information software projects. Organisations are
investingbillions to improve theirstructureof effective communication,
collaboration and teamwork in order to stay competitive.
