Title: Wolf Ronin


Concept: What would you do if you could go back…..


Content: children/teen television show with the cartoon style of Japanese manga compared to

shows like Dragon ball Z, and Naruto. The story is going to going to focus on Christian a man

with a plan to improve his future and to put him in power and the only way he can do this is by

going back in time to change some key events and to teach his younger self skills and traits that

will benefit him when he gets back to the future but his must do this without his younger self

finding out that its him from the future. And the story will be told as a narrative by one of the

main or repeated supporting character’s and you don’t find out who he is until the end of the

story. The story is going to be told in the year 2910 in an urban neighborhood 5 miles away from

the state’s capital. And besides seeing how Christian is putting his plan together to better his

future you also see the troubles and issues a teenage version of himself CJ has to deal with at

school , home, work , friends and social issues what go on in his life. Now I will go into the list

of the main and some supporting character’s of the show.


Christian jr kurosaki age: 37 – he is the antagonist of the story coming from the year 30XX

where the world is dark and gritty and there is no more equality and structure to balance out the
world only the Elite and the poor which he is in the poor class with the mind of someone of the

elite class. He like to be in control of everything he does and because of the he has created a six

sense for himself where sometimes he see what someone is going to do next physically before

they act and he will have the evil gentleman archetype for example he will use kindness to trick

other people into getting what he wants.


Chris jr Kurosaki aka CJ age: 17 – he is the protagonist of the story he lives with his mother and

father and two little sister’s going on his last year in high school, he is a kind hearted very lay

back relaxed type of individual that only gets serious about something when it is a challenge to

him and he wants to be the best at it and he will have the lazy hero archetype waiting till the last

second to do anything.


Turner Ichigo – age 19 – will play the comic relief of the story and is CJ’s best friend who works

with him at Junior’s clothing store and helps him out by giving him advise when he needs it but

in a joking matter since Turner is relaxed and does not like to take anything at all seriously.


Kathy May – is a smart and very attractive girl that goes to the same high school as CJ that his

had all the same classes with him since first grade but never noticed him until….


Genre & Format: the style of the show will be serious with physical humor and one of the

characters will be a comic relief for the show which is it ever gets to serious there will be some

type of comedy added to it to even out the tone of the episode. The world that they live will be

set up like are version of the early 2000’s expect everyone is born into one out of five tribes that

have a animal spirit as there icon the five spirits are: eagle, bear, wolf, turtle, and monkey each

granting the new born with certain skills he is born with and other’s he must learn as he gets

older. The tribe has also made a system for them to work in peace but under the surface its
beginning to look like someone wants to change that. The themes for this show will be but not

limited to action, adventure, comedy, romance, magic, and real life issues.




Audience and Distribution: this show will target 11 to 15 year olds in urban area’s but also a

show that people of all ages can understand and follow so that the parents or caregivers of the

children can sit down and enjoy the show with them and also talk about what happened in the

show afterwards. This school with highlight issues kids have to deal with in high school on a

daily basis and also the social issues in life when they are out of class as they are getting ready to

leave high school and deal with the real world and if they plan to further their education by going

to college or not. And the key message that I want to send to my viewer is that knowledge is

power and that you can get knowledge in different way and to not limit yourself to only one path.


Competitive analysis: one show that is similar to my idea is BEN 10: Alien force and the way

that my show is different and better is that it will deal with more down to earth topic’s that teens

and kids can relate to and it will be a deep show for the children to think about long after they

have watched the show and connect to events that may be going on in their life and each episode

will add to build the full picture of the ending of the story piece by piece as a way to keep the

audience on their feet.


Appeal: it will appeal to the 11 to 15 years because it will show the ones that are going to high

school how to get ready for it and at the same time tell the older ones the best way to

communicate some of the issues that they are dealing with in school with other people in a

comfortable matter.
Distribution: I want to get my show into cartoon network in the time slot between 3:30 pm to

5:00 pm so it will be after school but before dinner and doing homework and it will be a 30

minute show.


Marketing & Promotion: I will use my own money and take out a loan if I need to and make

the pilot of show then send it to Mirage Studios the creators of some great cartoon series

including teenage mutant ninja turtles and see if they liked the story to pick it up and spit the

profit with me. And if that did not work turn my story into a manga aka Japanese comic book

and send that to Tokyopop a giant manga company and enter this yearly contest they have and if

you are the grand prize winner they help you start up and continue the rest of your manga and

pay for the cost to make it and as I build my story line in the manga form hoping and sending

some of the issues to producer hoping one will like the idea and want to turn it into a cartoon

show. The promotion for the show when it gets picked up will be by ads and television

commercials and internet social networks that will promote the shows release then it will come

out with a toy and clothing line as well as its own web page on the cartoon network website.




Pilot: the story will begin in the future in the year 30XX as a chase scene where Christian

wearing a ripped up grey jumpsuit with the number seven on the back is running away from a

pack of animals that look bear sized dogs as men from the elite army are also chasing him on

foot yelling “DON’T LET HIM ESCAPE WE NEED HIM ALIVE….” Then the narrator of the

story will begin in CJ’s timeline when Christian gets there hopefully in one piece…
