2. Amy
• Age at the beginning of sequence 18
• At the end 28
• Amy is the protagonist of my film and the first
50 seconds sets up for the audience who she is.
• She is in love with someone who appears to be
her friend which is set by the Mise-en-Scene in
the first 20 seconds.
• She is a chirpy and happy go lucky young girl.
• She is in love with her best friend.

3. Amy
• Being a young girl she is not overtly girly but her
room does indicate she is a young girl. The teddies,
the lilac bedroom, make up on the desk all indicates
to her feminine side.
• She wears glasses and leaves her hair out.
• Amy is a lovable character which the audience will
love.
• She lives in her own little dream world she has
created of her self since she was a little child.
• Amy is a typical girl whom believes in childhood
love.

4. Banni
• Amy’s best friend
• Mature and more understanding than Amy
• She can see through potential problems Amy might
face if she was to tell her friend she loves him.
• She tries to guide Amy to the right path and give her
the right advice regardless of what happens.
• Banni is sensible and like Amy is happy and chirpy.
• She is caring and loyal and stands by Amy’s desicion
even though she may doubt what the outcome may
be.

5. Liam
• One of Amy’s closest childhood friend who she is in
love with and is about to tell him she loves him.
• Liam is a cool guy but instead of being cool he tries
to act cool even though he is a bit awkward.
• He loves Amy but only as a friend.
• She is one the closest friends he has in his life.
• He lives with his mum and dad
• Liam is even a bit of a loner who would rather stick
to his books and discoveries than make more
friends.
• Liam would be stereotyped as a nerd rather than a
cool ‘hip’ guy.

6. ‘Unknown Guy’
• Not much would be revealed for this character as
he is a mystery and later developments will be
added.

7. Katie
• Katie is an outgoing and stylish girl
• She is dating Liam ‘the nerdish type’ character
• Katie fits the stereotypical good looking girl who
is in a relationship with a average looking boy.
• She lives an fairly affluent life with a lawyer
mother and doctor father.
• She is very practical in life and the absolute
opposite to Amy who values relationships over
materialistic things in life.
