This study investigates the impact of different harvest stages on the yield and components of orange fleshed sweet potato varieties at Adami Tullu, Ethiopia. The experiment, conducted under rainfed conditions, tested four harvest timings (105, 120, 135, and 150 days after planting) across three varieties, revealing that the Guntute variety harvested at 135 days produced the highest yields. The findings suggest that optimizing harvest timing could improve yields and assist local farmers in achieving better crop production.
