This document presents an electronic newspaper design called IN. It uses a flexible display and Wi-Fi technology. The screen displays the current time and other information on an LED display. It can be attached anywhere. The design won a bronze award. It also describes how e-ink displays work using microcapsules containing black and white particles and a clear fluid. By applying a charge, the particles rearrange to display text or images. An analysis is given of how electronic newspapers can reduce paper usage and tree cutting while being more convenient and environmentally friendly than printed newspapers.
