In Balance ADR Group established in 2015 operates on a modular boutique model, providing a broad
array of Conflict Management, Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and Human Resource services.
Our core team is co-located between Shreveport LA and Knoxville TN.
All team members operate at a Masters level or above in their specialty areas.
