King crab, also known as red king crab or giant Kamchatka crab, is native to seas in the northern Far East region. King crab is a sea food delicacy with dietetic meat, one of the largest kinds of crabs.
King crab (Paralithodes camtschatica) has a few names: Red king crab, King Crab and Giant
Kamchatka crab. The King crab is native to the North regions of the Far East seas, namely
around the Kamchatka Peninsula, on the Shantar Islands, in the Bristol Channel, in the Sea
of Okhotsk and Bering Sea, on the Kuril Islands, on Sakhalin coast, Primorye: in the northern
part of the Sea of Japan (precisely on the coast of Hokkaido and in the Peter the Great Gulf).
Lately, migration to the Barents Sea has been spotted.
Catch of King crab was permitted in Primorye in spring of 2012 again. However, after a
10 year break, very few companies got a catch permit.

3. Manufacture
Raw product under refrigeration is delivered by sea from Kamchatka to the port of
Odessa. The King crab is caught by two own seine boats in accordance with catch
quota.
The production facilities are located in Ukraine, within 5 km distance from Odessa.
Our production, as well as production technologies, are incomparable and unique in
their own way and have no analogues in Ukraine.
The capacity allows monthly production of up to 50 thousand jars of product.
We guarantee the highest quality standard and validate it with all necessary
documents. The facilities include a proper laboratory for procedure of microbiological
and physicochemical analyses. The enterprise owns a HACCP certificate, it is included
into the list of plants of Ukraine and assigned a number of Canning plant B33 by
Ministry of fisheries of Ukraine. The production was approved for export by veterinary
control, which allows us recommend our products to every customer, at any spot of the
world!
A high quality of the raw material, an irreproachable adherence to the
technological process at each stage of the manufacture, original modern recipes and
