Currently working as an Assistant Professor at Lovely Professional University, Phagwara, Punjab, India. I completed my Ph.D. in Food Process Engineering from the Indian Institute of Food Processing Technology, Thanjavur, M.Tech. in Food Science and Technology from the same institute, and Bachelor of Science in Food Technology from G.
