Director Michael Mann releases his movie Public Enemy to the public on July 1,
2009. This nonfiction biographical movie of the character John Dillinger (Johnny
Depp) fascinates the viewers with his charming self, witty audacity, and bold
bravery of his gangster style bank robberies during the Depression era of America s
greatest crime wave. Characters such as Baby Face Nelson (Stephen Graham), Pretty
Boy Floyd (Channing Tatum), Homer Van Meter (Stephen Dorff), and Evelyn Billie

The topic that was chosen was turbidity. Turbidity is the pollution in water. Turbidity
is commonly associated with cloudiness or haziness in water. The pollution that
studied was dirt and how it affected fish. It is important because it is killing our

the water. If the dirt in the water affected the fishthen the experimental group would
die. During the time of researching this topic, it was discovered how different this

In this project, dirt had been used to change the conditions of the environment and
see how these fish would react. During which there was an opposite tank with
normal water, a filter and 5 fish. The other tank had been used with a container, dirt,
and five fish as well.

Constitution of 1787, the Federalist and Anti federalist views created tensions and
barriers between the two. Federalists, who supported the making of a new document,
the Constitution, differed from Anti federalists who believed that the new system
threatened liberties and failed to protect individual rights. Anti federalist, such as
Patrick Henry, James Winthrop and Samuel Adams, believed in state s rights and only
urged the need of alterations to the Articles of Confederation rather than dispose of it.
Likewise, several arguments arose including the issue of slavery, the duties of the

19th century. My second piece called Kiso, Amida From Waterfall Series made in the
18th 19th century. In comparison to Katsushika Hokusai two artworks both are
woodblock prints, we see many characteristics that relate to each other in a natural
environment because Katsushika Hokusai was one of the first artist to introduce
landscape in his prints. Both pieces have mountains within the pictures, which is a
major landmark in Japanese natural landscapes. They both have strong repeating
patterns that create a sense of rhythm that helps organize the viewer s eye. Both
artworks have these elements in their painting that gives you a sense of rhythm and
harmony. Both artworks provide so much contrast, the hard impact of blues set

The 4th floor of Moore was suddenly without an RA on the first day of classes at

Woods; a CA in Kramer Complex got a call from the Residence Life Coordinator of
Moore Hall. That Friday Mikaila was chosen to fill that void on Moore s 4th floor,
and by Saturday night she had finished unpacking into her new lobby room.
Mikaila came in with no training, onto a floor with no leader. Her leadership has
grown all on her own, and anything that did, and will happen, on that floor is

student staff position.
I m honestly just stunned with the work she has done. She came to Moore without
going through training, yet within two days she established a floor GroupMe,
created a social program, and had bulletin boards ready to go. She s one of the most
