1. Indonesian population in mid of 2022 is 275.77 million (Badan Pusat Statistik, from Indo
nesiabaik.id).
2. Status Literacy Digital Indonesia is raising from 2021 = 3,49 to year 2022 = 3,54
3. The increasing literacy are in the Digital Skill, Digital Ethics, dan Digital Safety but not in
the Digital Culture.
4. Research results profile: the index shows that Man, in the cluster Government employe
e/TNI/POLRI, having higher educational background, and living in urban areas are very
high index.
5. From the 34 Provinces in Indonesia, DI Yogyakarta is the highest indeks of digital litera
cy – the score index is 3,64 from 4.
6. Intensity in using internet is decreasing but the expenses for internet is increasing – wat
ching more videos that browsing information (Tiktok, Netflix, Video, Disney, etc.)
7. Problem/Issue:
– Digital Safety in the scope of individual data safety still have to be in discussions

company, other stakeholders use community for assisting the society – JAPELIDI, Tular Nalar,
MAFINDO – to do the empowerment & raise the literacy
Group Communication – Family based, support system approach =
