According to Erikson’s Psychosocial Development Theory, the concepts of generativity versus stagnation stage occurs by the time when we reach our mid-30s to mid-50s. From here, we start to really examine our lives and see if it is going the way we planned it or did it take a drastic turn. This is where some people take drastic steps and change their lives. It is when we start to question, "How can I contribute to the world?" Finding ways to advance or enhance future generations can help you work toward generativity instead of having a sense of stagnation. The basic virtue of generativity vs. stagnation is "care." This involves caring for others who are close to the person (family, co-workers, friends, etc.) as well as caring for the community or the future generation as a whole. If generativity is not developed, rejectivity, or a lack of meaning in one's life and in one's actions, can occur.
We here try to apply the concept of Possible/Parallel Worlds from Logic, which came to our knowledge through the hands of Graham Priest, and through a French movie, to Psychiatry. We think this concept is ideal because we can make use of mathematical elements to draw theories of control, and diagnosis, and therefore also therapeutic theories. We will make use of the new model of psyche proposed by us to expand on a few items. Perhaps the best use of this paper is empowering the professionals of Psychiatry, and Psychology by providing new tools for their studies, and work. The main focus is the human psyche. In order to explain the World of God, Inner Reality, and Outer Reality, which are divisions that are obtained from applying the concept of parallel worlds to the studies on the human psyche, we end up paying a light, and perhaps, an enlightening, visit to the concepts of schizophrenia, autism, Down Syndrome, and psychopathy.

Are they just neurons (brain cells) firing or something like that? Or is the mind an immaterial, nonphysical entity distinct from the brain but interacting in some way with it? In philosophy, these and related questions make up the mind-body problem.
Since ancient times, the common view has been that the mind—the part of us that is conscious, that thinks, that makes choices, that bears moral responsibility—is immaterial and cannot be physically seen, touched, weighed, or otherwise directly detected by instruments. On this view, the mind--often called the “soul,” “spirit,” or “self”—is not the brain or any part of the body or any physical thing at all. However, since mind and body obviously interact, the common view has long been that the mind or soul can affect the body and the body can affect the mind. Good Morning. My name is Angela Stevens McNeil and I have the privilege of introducing the next Hall of Honor Inductee, Dr. William Allan Kritsonis. Dr. Kritsonis was chosen because of his dedication to the educational advancement of Prairie View A&M University students. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in 1969 from Central Washington University in Ellensburg, Washington. In 1971, he earned his Master’s in Education from Seattle Pacific University. In 1976, he earned his PhD from the University of Iowa.
Dr. Kritsonis has served and blessed the field of education as a teacher, principal, superintendent of schools, director of student teaching and field experiences, invited guest professor, author, consultant, editor-in-chief, and publisher. He has also earned tenure as a professor at the highest academic rank at two major universities.
In 2005, Dr. Kritsonis was an Invited Visiting Lecturer at the Oxford Round Table at Oriel College in the University of Oxford, Oxford, England. His lecture was entitled the Ways of Knowing through the Realms of Meaning.
In 2004, Dr. William Allan Kritsonis was recognized as the Central Washington University Alumni Association Distinguished Alumnus for the College of Education and Professional Studies.
Dr. William Kritsonis is a well respected author of more than 500 articles in professional journals and several books. In 1983, Dr. Kritsonis founded the NATIONAL FORUM JOURNALS. These publications represent a group of highly respected scholarly academic periodicals. In 2004, he established the DOCTORAL FORUM – National Journal for Publishing and Mentoring Doctoral Student Research. The DOCTORAL FORUM is the only refereed journal in America committed to publishing doctoral students while they are enrolled in course work in their doctoral programs. Over 300 articles have been published by doctorate and master’s degree students and most are indexed in ERIC.
Currently, Dr. Kritsonis is a Professor in the PhD Program in Educational Leadership here at Prairie View A&M University.
Dr. William Kritsonis has dedicated himself to the advancement of educational leadership and to the education of students at all levels. It is my honor to bring him to the stage at this time as a William H. Parker Leadership Academy Hall of Honor Inductee.

Published classroom materials form the basis of syllabuses, drive teacher professional development, and have a potentially huge influence on learners, teachers and education systems. All teachers also create their own materials, whether a few sentences on a blackboard, a highly-structured fully-realised online course, or anything in between. Despite this, the knowledge and skills needed to create effective language learning materials are rarely part of teacher training, and are mostly learnt by trial and error.
Knowledge and skills frameworks, generally called competency frameworks, for ELT teachers, trainers and managers have existed for a few years now. However, until I created one for my MA dissertation, there wasn’t one drawing together what we need to know and do to be able to effectively produce language learning materials.

Dear Dr. Kornbluth and Mr. Gorenberg,
The US House of Representatives is deeply concerned by ongoing and pervasive acts of antisemitic
harassment and intimidation at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Failing to act decisively to ensure a safe learning environment for all students would be a grave dereliction of your responsibilities as President of MIT and Chair of the MIT Corporation.
This Congress will not stand idly by and allow an environment hostile to Jewish students to persist. The House believes that your institution is in violation of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, and the inability or
unwillingness to rectify this violation through action requires accountability.
Postsecondary education is a unique opportunity for students to learn and have their ideas and beliefs challenged. However, universities receiving hundreds of millions of federal funds annually have denied
students that opportunity and have been hijacked to become venues for the promotion of terrorism, antisemitic harassment and intimidation, unlawful encampments, and in some cases, assaults and riots.
The House of Representatives will not countenance the use of federal funds to indoctrinate students into hateful, antisemitic, anti-American supporters of terrorism. Investigations into campus antisemitism by the Committee on Education and the Workforce and the Committee on Ways and Means have been expanded into a Congress-wide probe across all relevant jurisdictions to address this national crisis. The undersigned Committees will conduct oversight into the use of federal funds at MIT and its learning environment under authorities granted to each Committee.
• The Committee on Education and the Workforce has been investigating your institution since December 7, 2023. The Committee has broad jurisdiction over postsecondary education, including its compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, campus safety concerns over disruptions to the learning environment, and the awarding of federal student aid under the Higher Education Act.
• The Committee on Oversight and Accountability is investigating the sources of funding and other support flowing to groups espousing pro-Hamas propaganda and engaged in antisemitic harassment and intimidation of students. The Committee on Oversight and Accountability is the principal oversight committee of the US House of Representatives and has broad authority to investigate “any matter” at “any time” under House Rule X.

2. IdealismDefinition
In popular usage, an idealist is someone who believes in high
ideals and strives to make them real, even though they may be
impossible. It’s often contrasted with pragmatist or realist, i.e.
someone whose goals are less ambitious but more achievable.
This sense of “idealism” is very different from the way the word
is used in philosophy. In philosophy, idealism is about the basic
structure of reality: idealists hold that the most basic “unit” of
reality is not material, but conceptual.
But what does that actually mean? What are people talking
about when they say that reality is conceptual rather than
material? Answers vary widely.
3. Types of Idealism
Idealism doesn’t have well-defined
sub-schools, but here are some labels
for the purpose of this article:
a. Subjective Idealism
b. Divine Idealism
c. Ontological Idealism
d. Epistemological Idealism
4. a. Subjective Idealism
For some idealists, it means that nothing is truly
real other than consciousness and its contents.
That is, when you look out on the world what
you are really seeing is a world created by the
mind. Perception, in other words, is reality. That
doesn’t mean that you’re stuck in your own
mind, though, since we’re lucky enough to have
other minds that we can communicate with.
Thus, the truth may lie somewhere in between
your mind and mine (but still not in any external
physical world). We can call this inter subjective
idealism.
5. b. Divine Idealism
Alternatively, the world may be seen
as manifestations of some other mind,
such as the mind of one God.
(However, remember that all of
physical reality would be contained in
the mind of God on this view — so
God would have to be a consciousness
outside of the physical multiverse!)
6. c. Ontological Idealism
Others don’t take it quite as far: they argue
that the material world exists, but that at
its most basic level it’s made out of ideas.
For example, some physicists believe that
the universe, at its most basic level, is
made of numbers. So scientific formulas
don’t just describe physical reality;
they are the physical reality. E=MC2, for
example, would be seen as a fundamental
aspect of reality which Einstein discovered,
rather than a description that he invented.
7. d. Epistemological Idealism
Maybe it doesn’t actually matter whether
there’s a physical world beyond the mind. After
all, the mind is our only tool
for understanding that world, and therefore all
of our perceptions and understandings will be
constrained by the structure of the mind. When
we try to understand that structure, we may not
be exploring the most basic truths of the
universe (as ontological idealists would claim);
rather, we’re just trying to understand the
human mechanisms and tools that make all
understanding possible.
8. Idealism also has a place in the analysis of history.
Historical idealists hold that human history can be
explained as the a process of ideas changing and
evolving, and that ideas shape human beings rather
than the other way around. This process, according to
historical idealism, will eventually reach a stage of
“complete expression,” when no more unfolding will be
possible. At this point, history will end as there will be
no more changes to human society (and, by extension,
human consciousness). Very few historians accept this
view today, since it seems that chaotic historical change
will go on forever; but in the past, many historians
believed that we would someday reach the end of
history.
9. Idealism vs. Materialism
The opposite of idealism is materialism, or
the view that reality is material instead of
conceptual. For materialists, the physical
world is the only true reality. Our thoughts
and perceptions are part of the material
world just like other objects.
Consciousness is a physical process in
which one chunk of matter (your brain)
interacts with another (the book, screen,
or sky that you’re looking at).
10. Idealism and materialism are both impossible to
prove or disprove, of course —
they’re falsifiable statements, which means
there’s no neutral test that could weigh them
against each other. The test, ultimately, has to
be one of intuition, or “gut reaction.” Many
people find that materialism makes more sense
because, after all, everyone has the experience
of interacting with an outside world and
believing that’s really “out there.” On the other
hand, it’s impossible for us to step “outside” our
own minds, so how can we be so sure that there
really is an “out there” at all?
