and enhance value for money, while
still achieving the required

A quantity surveyor may work for
either the client or the contractor,
working in an office or on-

Tendering stage
Tendering Stage are the architects ,structural engineers, mechanical and electronic engineers, landscape
architects will prepare tender drawings. Then quantity surveyor will measure the structures and concretes,
based on the tender drawings
provided.
When all the contractors submitted the tenders,
quantity surveyor collect all the document
to do analysis for the submission check
and maybe the reason why contractor
stated the amount of their prices.
Then quantity surveyor will do a report and submit it to the clients and the clients will decide to select
