their EI & RFI’s received.

•Consistently checking of MAS Submitted to clients and notifying if any variations occur due
to the change in specifications of any materials with respect to both civil & MEP.

•Preparation of monthly anticipated budget statements as per the scope of the project .
•Measurement and preparation of provisional cost and quantity for all external works for the
project with respect to both civil & MEP .
•Follow up with project team and design department for the timely submission of as- built
drawings and submit all the final cost implications as per the approved as-built drawing.
•Proper documentation and maintenance of all the received E.I & RFI’s that has been used
for variation submissions in order ensure the submission of variations timely with all the details
and record’s.
•Preparation of rate analysis for all the new items notified as per the market standards.
