Q1 – Individual Internal You have a personal vision for your life You allocate time to reflect You are consciously aware of your thoughts, feelings, and emotions You are learning to trust your knowing (gut feeling/intuition) You can quickly identify the context you’re operating from You take 100% responsibility for your experience of life. You practice mindfulness and gratitude daily.

Q2 – Collective Internal The team are clear on the vision and purpose purpose of the business The team are clear and operate consistent with the core values You create alignment with the team through meeting rhythms There’s a culture of self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and personal responsibility

Q3 – Individual External You manage your time, priorities, energy and attention effectively You’re consistent in your communication You speak your whole truth and act consistently with it. You hold people accountable and have crucial conversation when needed You operate with integrity – Honour your word.

Q4 – Collective External The organizational structure is crystal clear Position descriptions are clearly defined and understood by each employee The are documented systems in place for all mission critical areas of the business You have checklists where required The business has an easily accessible resource library or knowledge bank There is a proactive team training program in place

What filters do…  Distorts - so it fits my view of the world.  Generalises - so it feels comfortable.  Nominalises - turns a process into a thing.  Deletes - stops noticing that which is not relevant. The key thing to remember: YOU are the one who chooses what things mean. Not anyone else!
