Q1 – Individual Internal You have a personal vision for your life You allocate time to reflect You are consciously aware of your thoughts, feelings, and emotions You are learning to trust your knowing (gut feeling/intuition) You can quickly identify the context you’re operating from You take 100% responsibility for your experience of life. You practice mindfulness and gratitude daily.

  • 15. Everyone sees the word differently… Most Aware Least Aware 1. Current Experiences – most conscious filter you have. Includes our attitudes, opinions, judgements etc. 2. Beliefs – these give rise to our experience 3. Values - these drive our beliefs 4. Fundamental Operating Context

These filters, your filters…  Distorts - so it fits my ideas.  Generalises - so it feels comfortable.  Nominalises - turns a process into a thing.  Deletes - stops noticing that which is not relevant. The key thing to remember: YOU are the one who chooses what things mean. Not anyone else!
