Orange O. Ozias, two
businessmen from Dayton,
Ohio
 Flint recruited

 His favorite slogan, "THINK", became a

for C-T-R's employees, and within 11 months of
joining C-T-R, Watson became General manager of
CTR in 1914 and president in 1915.

 CTR adopted the name International Business
Machines in 1924.
