The challenge for business is aligning these two elements. I say it’s all about people in the
process. I am about aligning who and what.
Ever wondered how your team could get along better with customers and each other? Ever
thought how you could accelerate and deepen your business with key clients and partners
whilst emphasising your identity or uniqueness?
Improving and expanding both personal & corporate relationships whilst emphasising a unique
culture is the key to my passions.
Over a 20 year career I have used these skills in my own businesses, as well as my industry
roles throughout Australia and around the world. Connecting and helping hundreds of
businesses globally in things like developing business strategy, understanding and building out
their culture, and delivering tactical and leadership coaching.
I specialise in coaching and consulting to executive teams and entrepreneurs globally on how
to focus on strategy, build out brand and business culture, improve business relationships and
communicate for effect, that of course drives profitability.
I've always been intensely curious about how people get along, and progress in the world
which is why I studied political science & sociology at one of Australia’s leading universities, and
further supplemented this with a Masters in Advertising and PR.
My early career as a marketing consultant and founder of several marketing focused
businesses expanded on this in the rough and tumble of the competitive marketplace.
My business, communication & marketing skills were recognised by numerous board &
executive positions including Australia’s peak small business lobby group where I engaged with
politicians, senior bureaucrats and large corporate on many sensitive issues.
I guess the real deal is that whilst developing businesses and working with thousands of
people, on a daily basis, I began to formulate the opinion that business is quite personal, and
evolved my coaching from the people into the process.
Further expanding my skills into life coaching, today I sit alongside company founders, senior
executives and entrepreneurs globally guiding them in improving both their own and their
team’s skills & performance, directly improving their bottom line. My clients range from start up
businesses right through to companies turning multi $bn revenues.
In late 2015 I connected with the team of In2Great and moved with my family to the US in
January 2016 to persue more business opportunities in the US where I already had business.
