I am an accomplished professional holding different key position and couple of years of experience in
corporate companies and multinationals based in Bangladesh. My working experience include Pfizer Inc.,
USA, in Bangladesh; private conglomerate having manufacturing, real estate & housing, education,
health care service, pharmaceuticals, power generation & distribution, land-port management, etc. I’ve
satisfactory served in these positions: I) Training Manager II) Head of Marketing / General Manager,
Marketing, iii) Executive Director, iv) Group Head of H R, v) Chief Executive Officer, and vi) Chief
Consultant.
I’ve in-depth orientations in departments of - Training & OD, Sales & Marketing Management, Human
Resources Management, Corporate Affairs and Corporate Management
Strength / Weakness:
I always prefer structured management. I count for Entrepreneur’s investment and usually stay
in line with the owners’ interest because capital runs the wheel. I prefer to project corporate
image in the industrial sector and also in the society.
Usually I follow democratic leadership style but in practice I’ve failed many a times. I do not
believe in delegating authorities now and then. I’ve the interest in developing skilled employees

Set-up a new Housing & Real estate company from Greenfield to a habitable phase. (Recent

Set-up Human Resources Department in United Group and organized the group through
engineering and reengineering process & practices.
Set-up a new marketing department and product development department at United that can
perform independently.
Set-up a competent Marketing Research & Surveillance Department comprises of 27 members
headed by a manager of Renata Ltd, in January 1998.
Actively participated in the expansion and re-engineering program of Renata Ltd taken in 2002;
one of the Top 10 pharmaceutical companies that at the moment employees 10 times more and
with an annual turn over of taka=1200+ Crs.
In June 1998, developed the Sales & Marketing Team of Deurali -Janta Pharmaceuticals (Pvt.)
Limited, Kathmandu, Nepal”(Licensee of Renata Ltd). Conducted a three months Training
Program on Marketing Management & Sales Promotion for DJPL in November 2001.
During serving with Renata Ltd, I got the opportunity to assists ISO Accreditation Committee
(1998 to 2002)
