Georgia’s former Secretary of State, Max Cleland.

Andi Pena is the founder of The Sounding Board. While earning a Masters degree in
counseling, Andi was eager to go into the world and practice what she loves doing; helping
others overcome the challenges they face in life and business. The more research Andi did
about finding a job after completing her degree, she noticed that there was a “hole” in the
market place for women to get the tools and skill-based training they needed to succeed.
”It was then that she decided to create The Sounding Board. A safe place to vent, reframe
