Existing System
The Present system uses a very basic excel sheets, The decision
for appraisal of assigning next task are not properly projected.

Need for extra effort
Data maintenance may not be accurate
Longer time to find a suitable employee
No facility for employees to know their details
Danger of losing files in some cases
It is not User Friendly
