About :  System Overview:         This system has been designed basically for :   ·  As-of-date payroll processing. ·    Integral open system. ·    To be able to support to managerial & decision oriented  aspects of the organization. ·   Maintenance Free user-friendly system having interactive on-screen query & reporting ·   Accurate on-line information to personnel at all levels ·   Common database, controlled centrally ·    Can be easily changed to respond to changing needs ·   Allows easier  merging with upcoming technologies.
Features and Facilities   M ain Features and Facilities included in the IHRMS are : Multi-Company , Multi-Locational aspects   Business process analysis and design approach   Client / Server technology & Graphical user interface   Proper administration and security features Point-of time information availability. Ideal for manufacturing set ups having multiple-departments. Maintenance of History logs Secured Transactions. Parameter based system building - for flexibility  to change.   Almost 100 reports scaling to the requirement.
Manpower Modules are: Recruitment, Training, Leave  Management etc. Payroll modules are : Salary Calculation,  Provident Fund, Bonus & Income TAX Contractor Modules are:Contractor Payment, Loans & Advances Integration Aspects: Human Resource Management & Payroll are tightly  integrated required to function in integration only. Contractors payment can function in isolation also.

System Administration Facilities provided to the Administrator: Create user:   The create user screen allows administrator to create  the user of the system.This facility is available to only those user who has given the admin rights. The following screen shows the user creation.

  User Rights: The administrator can give access rights to the users. The rights of a particular user can be viewed to check wether a  particular user has been granted the  right to  insert, Update,  View,Delete. The rights can be granted to a particular user and  can also  be  taken away from the user.   The following screen represents this.
 
System Security Login  Level Security   Only the user whose User Name and Use Id has been created by  the Administrator can login to the system. Application Level Security   Oracle system privileges control a user’s access to the Oracle  instance as a whole.The privilege sets that are available are as  follows: The User Privileges   :  These privileges relate to the users who   will Access the  system, but not create any objects.
The Developer Privileges  : These privileges relate to the creation of   database objects.         The “Any” Privileges  : These are especially powerful set of   privileges within oracle.  They apply not only to objects that you own,but objects that  other users own.       The  Database Maintenance Privileges  : These privileges relate to the care   and feeding of the database. The Monitoring Privileges  :   These privileges relate to keeping any eye   on the Oracle database.
For database level  there are three state of data             Unlocked  : It is the  default status of the records.Only unlocked  records can be updated and deleted.      Locked  :  Active type of data can not be deleted or updated.            Dead  :  The data on which no activities can be performed . Monthly Parameter :   M aintains the parameters    information of an organization which    can change from time to time.
 
PayRoll Calculation :   Purpose  :  This form can be used to calculate the pay slip of a particular employee.  This form provides the facility to calculate the pay of the employee as per the selection criteria.  I.e. the process can be executed for a particular employee or employees of a particular category or for particular department and so on. The process can be executed only for locked record.
