• Dates: Defined together with the hosts
• Up to 12 track leaders per event
• Between 50 to 100 participants. Participation is free of charge and
selection is based on application process
• Up to 4 innovative HR technology companies relevant for the event
theme will be selected to present their solution, each get 15min slot for
presentation and Q&A.
• Venue and catering costs covered by the local hosts
• Sponsorships sold by #HRU to cover any additional costs (travel, back-office,
marketing...)
