Job Duties for HR Immigration: Night Shifts (9.30pm IST to 6.30am IST)
 Complete understanding of the H1B document collection and filing process (Mandatory docs, LCA
filing, Petition writing, Forms and letters)
 Preparing non-immigrant visa petitions for new visas.
 Filing LCAs, scrutinizing H1 visa documents to be submitted.
 Maintain H-1B immigration database.
 Prepare Forms and letters for H1B applications.
 Involve in full VISA Stamping Process: H1, L1, B1 and H4.
 Assisting employees in Filing DS-160 forms.
 Good knowledge on complete Green Card process.
 Workout internal SLA for the stakeholders for all Immigration related work and ensure that the same
are adhered to.
 Research immigration laws and regulations as they pertain to international travel, priority dates,
consular visa applications, etc.
 Coordinates with employee and other internal stakeholders regarding the documentation
requirements.
 Good communication skills as the job entails coordination with the employees and management.
