Instead of interviewing four people, I decided to make an online survey and collect responses
because I was at home for Thanksgiving. As a result I got more responses, and I think people were
more honest as well. I also allowed for the respondents to choose whether they have majority or
minority status. I had nine responses, three identifying as minoritystatus, five as majority status, and
one student who was not sure, since he/she/they fell into multiple target groups but reported that
she didn t experience any discrimination. There were some interesting discrepancies, since one
female student reported that she was a minority, and another reportedly felt she was in the majority.
At RIT, the distribution of gender differs by program, so this could be a reason why this
discrepancy exists. None of the students who identified themselves as having majority status

For this internship experience, I spent over eight hours preparing for the beginning of the school
year. I worked closely with the Director of Curriculum and Staff Development (my mentor), the
Director of Facilities, the Head Custodian, the Director of Finance, and the Director of

Pryderi, his wife, Manawydan, and Rhiannon return to the spot where Pwyll first observed
Rhiannon, and suddenly the land became devastated as revenge for a past slight carried out by
Rhiannon. After mythical events, low points, and fantastical trials, Manawydan saves the land.
The other side of the honor coin is fully displayed, the land was smote and people were without a
home due to a past dishonorable deed. Once restored to his rightful position, Pryderi plays a part
in the final Mabinogi. Unfortunately, war breaks out between Dyfed and Gwynedd after
dishonorable trickery. Showing unwavering leadership, Pryderi chose to engage in an honorable
duel to save further bloodshed, and was killed. So, notice that the characters receive their own
back story that deals with elements such as honor, and then proceed to have a part in the events of
parts in the Mabinogion, further cementing the idea that these stories were meant to be read in
succession to allow for greater knowledge of individual and inter tribal relationships that the Celtic
people are known
