The mistress of the household to which Frado is left is a cruel and spiteful woman, especially towards
blacks. When Frado is left in the care of the Bellmont residence as a young girl, she has no idea of the
troubles she would have to face for most of her life. From the very beginning, neither Mrs. Bellmont,
the main antagonist, nor her equally cruel daughter, Mary, show any hint of compassion or even mercy
for the young girl. The story follows Frado and her life in the Bellmont household.
Mr. Bellmont s attitude towards Frado is not completely out of pure cruelty, in my opinion most of it is
influenced from the economical context in the nineteenth century of America. After all in the post

The main theme of King Without a Crown is that, in order to truly worship God, people need to leave

questions grow more specific and complex, Mayella has a difficult time answering and struggles with
providing the truth. The jury calls nineteen year old Mayella Ewell to the witness stand to provide
evidence regarding the charge of Tom Robinson. Mayella is claimed to be a victim of the sexual
harassment and is here to testify her side of the situation, either confirming, or denying it. When Mr.
Gilmer tells Mayella to describe the events of the evening when she was attacked, she s[its]

ever for companies to understand and implement possible tax benefits for the company and its

employers, as the meals can be deducted by the business as an expense on its federal income tax

OFDM is a great technique to handle impairments of wireless communication channels such as
multipath propagation. Hence, OFDM is a practical candidate for future 4G wireless communications
techniques [1] [4]. On the other hand, one of the major drawbacks of the OFDM communication
system is the drift in reference carrier. The offset present in received carrier will lose orthogonality
among the carriers. Hence, the CFO causes a reduction of desired signal amplitude in the output
decision variable and introduces ICI. Then it brings up an increase of BER. The effect caused by CFO
for OFDM system was analyzed in [7] [9]. In [7] BER upper bound of OFDM system is analyzed
without ICI self cancellation and BER of OFDM system is analyzed using self cancellation, but this
method is less accurate. In [9], it is indicated that CFO should be less than 2% of the bandwidth of the
sub channel to guarantee the signal to interference ratio to be higher than 30 dB. A critically sampled
OFDM system/OQAM system is also not robust to CFO [9], even when optimal pulses are used as
shaping filters. Thus, carrier frequency offset greatly degrades system performance. Therefore,
