How to migrate website to new domain without losing anything

Step by Step Guide: Created by Kadian Brothers
How to (Manually) transfer your website from one domain to another without losing ranking,
link juice and authority.
Login to cPanel of Old Website (oldwebsite.com/cpanel)

You will get this page

Go to File Manager by clicking "File Manager" icon from cPanel hompage.

Select "Web Root" and "Show Hidden files" from the options and Click "Go"

Now You have Entered the File Manager (Public_html folder) which contains all your plugins,
uploads, themes etc

Click "Select All" to select all files present in public_html folder and press "Compress" button
from the tools menu.

You will be asked for the format of compression, select .zip archive and give any name to your
backup file. Click "Compress File (s)"

Now you can see your backup file (backup.zip)

Double click on Yellow Icon of "backup.zip" file to download it.

Now You have backed Up your File Manager data. Now
its time to backup your database. For that You need to
Export your database.
Export Your MySQL Database

From Your cPanel Homepage, Click on "phpmyadmin" icon.

It will bring you to this page.

Click on Database name and click Export Button from above menu

Now this page will show up. Select "Quick" from Export Method option and Click "Go"

Your Database will be download
This is it... You have complete Backup of your website now.

Now it's time to Upload this backup to a new domain. For that Login to the
cPanel of new Domain by visiting "newdomain.com/cpanel"

Select "Web Root" from the options and Click "Go"

Now you will see your public_html folder which do have only one folder "cgi-bin". Click "Upload"
button to upload your backup

Click "Choose File"

Select Your backup.zip file and click Open

Now the file will start uploading. Wait for the file to Upload completely.

Now get back to File Manager and you will found your Backup file there

Select the zip file and click on Extract and then Click Extract Files

You will See your backup files like shown below, You can delete backup.zip now

You uploaded your File Manager data. Now you can upload your database.
For that, You need to create a Databse first. So, go to file manager and click on: "MySQL
Database Wizard"

Enter Your Database Name, User name and Password

Select All Privileges and click next step

You Database is created now

Now Go to file Manager and click "phpmyadmin"

You will find your newly created empty database there

Click on the database name and then click Import button

Click Choose file and Select mysql backup file from your PC

Select File

Once you have selected your file, Click "Go" button to upload it
You will See this message after successful upload.

Now Click on your database name again and then click "wp_options"
This contains URL of your old domain... replace them with new one

Thats It, You have now created an exact replica of your old domain on new domain. All your
plugins, Themes, Posts, pages, category, tags and settings etc will be exactly same as old domain.
Now you need to replace links of old domain from your new domain.
For that login to Wordpress dashboard of new domain (newdomain.com/wp-admin) and install a
"Better Search Replace" Plugin.

Now Go to tools--> Better Search replace

Now you will see this page, Fill details as shown below and click "Run Search/Replace" Button.

This will take a few seconds depending on size of your database tables
Thats all.... You old domain data is successfully migrated to new domain. Now all you need to do
is to 301 redirect your old domain to new one. All link juice and authority of old domain will be
passed to new domain.
