It s hard trying to find who you re supposed to be, what you were meant to be, and
how life should treat you, but what s even harder is trying to do all these things

themselves in Tokyo Japan for two totally different reasons. Bob is there for

Prufrock is speaking to an unknown listener. The persona of Prufrock is Eliot s
interpretation of Western society and its impotency. His views on society is seen as
a modernistic point of view, which idolizes the ideas to regress back to a classicist
era. Eliot illustrates his contempt for the modern society by illustrating fragmentation
with synecdoche, characterization of Prufrock, and allusions to literary traditions

telling a story. Whether through music, books, poetry, drawings, films, etc. I ve
tried them all. I ve always been fascinated by other people s stories. I will always try
to retell them myself. Most of the time I usually just talk about them. But once in
awhile, I like to use what I think is the most powerful form of storytelling, music.
Music has been part of my life for a while now. Throughout middle school and high
school I was in both Band and Choir. And throughout these years I come to
understand the power that music has with storytelling. Especially in films, I ve
grown up watching films and they have impacted my life greatly. The films, Jesus
Christ Super Star, La La Land, and The Grand Budapest Hotel have a musical score
that expresses a story better than any words could ever express.
I grew up Catholic, just as my family grew up Catholic. Every year during the
season of Lent, around the time of Holy Week, my family and I would honor Jesus s
final days with many traditions. Tradition such as attending mass, receiving palms,
having our feet washed and of course watching the 1974 classic Jesus Christ Superstar
. Now the Roman Catholic Church dosen t considered Jesus Christ Superstar a
tradition, but I do. My family and I will all get together and eat some popcorn and
drink some pop.

Reflection Paper On The Wellman Well
The Wellman Well is one of the most well known spot on campus as it is close to
Memorial Union. The building was built in honor of the 13th UC President Harry
R. Wellman, and built in 1969. The building was remodeled in 1999 interiorly to
keep up with the large number of students that were using the facility. For this
assignment, I have decided to work on the Wellman Hall since I have classes in the
building. Everytime I passed through the Wellman s Well I feel that I can do an
improvement by proposing a plan. During my observation, Wellman Hall is one of
the most heavy traffic area as students tend to pass through the building or
surroundings area to get through places. The building is close to the Memorial
Union, which it is the port of buses and restaurants. For this assignment. I focused
on the back entrance of the Wellman Hall, Well, and surrounding area. I found that
the Well has a big space that is not being used, and there is only six benches in
total. When I was annotating my notes, I felt that the Well feels empty and
obsolete as there weren t a lot of people using the space except for getting to
classes. Also, the western area of the well is a popular route that many people go
through. I found that most people go through the south side of the building instead
of the north side of the building. I feel there should be an equal flow between the
south and north side of the building to ease up the flow, and promote safety for all.
