  3. Chatbot werkt op basis van een conversatiemodel zoals hier opgezet. Je kunt de dialoog stroom bouwen, testen, en ook direct in de bot configureren straks met behulp van de Bot Builder. Deze bot maakt gebruik van verschillende messaging diensten zoals Facebook, Whatsapp en Slack en er behoeft dus maar één keer een dialoog gebouwd te worden waar alle messaging diensten gebruik van maken. De Oracle Bot Dienst zorgt zelf voor de optimalisering van het doelplatform. Gebruikers zijn waarschijnlijk op de hoogte dat ze chatten met een bot, maar hoeven hun taalgebruik niet daarop aan te passen omdat deze gebruik gaat maken van het language intelligence framework. Deze produceert natuurlijke taal interacties op basis van machine learning.
