Summary
 Integration today can be delivered by less specialist skillsets than in the past, as
developers and non-IT business users can integrate using APIs.
 This brings a need for new governance models as IT lose the grip on owning Application
Integration
 IT have to be Enablers of Integration, not necessarily always the deliverers
APIs need industry knowledge and technical excellence
