Have you ever thought that you have “no choice!” Often our response
to a situation is limited. We get trapped by our experience, by the
way we or others have done things previously, our negative self
talk, the ideas of others. Bogged down and despondent.
A coach will work with you to restructure this framework and to

From the inside-out Part 1:
Growing awareness about your edges and
self limiting beliefs.
How often have you felt nervous, anxious, uncertain and backed away
to find comfort? I know I have. In fact, most of us live within our
comfort zones (edges) and our limiting beliefs. They can stop us dead
in our tracks.
Coaching grows awareness of those edges and to when and how they
show up. A coach will work with you to find ways, alternative
perspectives, to turn them in to opportunities for you to express
yourself, grow and move past them. Knowing about yourself is the
first step towards choosing a different doing & being.

Current values, are you honouring or
walking over them?
Do you hold the same values you did ten years ago? Or has your value
system changed and grown? Frequently these changes occur without
us being fully aware it. Stress can be caused as we continue to do
things that are no longer aligned with our current values.
Coaching will work to clearly identify your values and have you see
how you are aligning these with your external actions. By aligning
your working habits with your internal values a coach will help you to
show up more powerfully and authentically in everything you do. This
act alone can create fulfilment.
