operations in Houston Texas as a business

8. What is he an expert in.
• His career started with Microsoft back in the glory days
from 1990 to 2000, he started in sales and after winning
the Rookie of the Year award he was propelled to become
the business developer to open subsidiaries in Costa Rica,
Guatemala and Panama before being named General
manager for the Caribbean and Central America Region.
• Those endeavors requiring him to tap on an
entrepreneurial spirit that he learned years back from his
father: “no matter if you work as the CEO or as the janitor
always work as if you are the owner of the company”, these
words of wisdom were the foundation of his success and
Microsoft success in the region and the beginning of some
remarkable stories.
