What is Coaching?
Coaching is a collaborative process by a qualified professional working with an executive or manager who has a desire to develop and Accept positive thoughts and needed skills. Those skills might be development in: leadership, communication, inspiring followers, resolving conflicts, and/or clearly presenting information, just to name some work-related coaching areas. Coaches are people who have gone through specialized training, which differs from the work of consultants and therapists. There are a variety of different approaches to coaching. In my coaching practice, we use many tools and assessments to assist the coachee/client’s evidence-based development. Another approach is helping the client to be aware (mindful) in the workplace and personal situations as to what is occurring now (thoughts, feeling, and actions). The coach is a collaborative guide to the coachees/clients, focusing them to Accept professional and personal strengths and areas for development.

2. Road Map To Successes
Law of Attraction Coaching
Manifestation: conscious choices create our present
moments.
Magnetism: we attract the same energy vibration that
we put out.
Pure Desire: free of fear and doubt, we attract the most
beneficial outcomes.
Focus with Confidence: desperation creates a paradox
and attracts desperate events.
Right Action: treat others with dignity and high value
and be treated justly. Tear others down and attract
destruction.
Gratitude: the more gratitude you feel, more things to be
grateful for will appear.
Influence: good or bad, we all have impact. Positive
energy spreads and becomes systemic.
3. Business and Sales Coaching
A business coach will help aspiring
entrepreneurs or current business owners run
a business by helping them clarify their goals
and execute effective strategies that get
results. The process of business coaching
takes businesses from where they are now to
where they want to be.
After clarifying where an owner would like to
take their business, business coaches will
help plan and prioritize goals and strategies to
progress towards the goals. A business coach
connects with the business owner routinely to
keep them accountable to commitments as
promised.
4. Career Coaching
Professional career coaches are skilled and trained in helping you
create a personalized plan designed to meet their goals. A good coach
will help you put into words not only what your goals are but how you
can best achieve them. There are a number of assessments that they
use to help clients , such as the Myers-Briggs Personality Test, or a
careers outlook inventory. These help to pinpoint what kind of work and
workplaces that are the best fit for someone. A coach will help you put
together concrete action steps, including but not limited to: building a
resume, cover letter, and social media profile that holds up to key-word
scanning software. They can also help you plan negotiations when
offers do come.
5. Leadership Skills Coaching
A leadership coach is a life-coach who has deep knowledge and
understanding of leadership styles. They will help you to find yours
and empower you to excel in your leadership role. They will help
you expand on your strengths and maximize the skills you already
possess. Progressive organizations often hire leadership coaches
to:
create quality leaders who can reach higher objectives.
help identify and deal with challenges before they become
unmanageable problems – on a personal or organizational level.
Any type of coach helps a client shift their mindsets to see new
possibilities, create a plan, and act towards reaching success.
Leadership coaches will work with you on presentation,
teambuilding, motivation, organization, and communication skills.
They will push you past your comfort zone.
6. Relationship Coaching
Relationship coaches have experience in
various relationship dynamics, from
romantic to family relations, friendships, and
professional interactions. Relationship
coaching is the art and science of co-
actively working with individuals, couples,
partnerships and teams toward mutually
defined goals. The goals coaches help
clients achieve range from helping them find
bliss in being single, dating, rekindling the
spark in a marriage, or increasing
professional and social possibilities with
better communication skills.
