through writing and the the arts. As an expressive arts coach, she leads journal writing
and mixed media workshops in venues throughout New York City.
A frequent speaker and workshop leader, Melissa has presented at writing and creativity
conferences held at Yale University, Skidmore College, University of Maryland,
Montefiore Medical Center and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, and the
Geneva Writers’ Group, Switzerland.
An award-winning publisher, Melissa has lead strategic initiatives in content development
