Violence, Keynote Speaker, and a United
States Army Veteran. She has many years
of experience in helping others develop
and reach their fullest potential in life.

Structure:
Several different types of choices are avail-
able…You can be seen for a series of six
sessions during which your goals are evaluat-
ed and your plans can be broken down into
manageable steps. If there are obstacles, the
Life Coach is able to assist you in coming up
with creative solutions so your final goals are
realized.
During your sessions we will focus on four
areas of life: Family, Spiritual Awareness,
Personal Development, and Relationships.
Low/Affordable price plans are available to
meet your financial need. The average cost of
the hourly session is $60.00 but if you buy in
packages, it becomes more affordable. There
are many ways to communicate, including
email, telephone, in person and skype.
Coaching with a motivator in your corner
and an accountability partner on your side,
makes goals infinitely more achievable.
